Raas only. Raas Psychometry is checked against people who have also taken established assessments. What is compared is the description of the person: if the other report says a person is outgoing, Raas Psychometry must not say reserved. For each scale we keep the LEVEL the other report gives (1 lowest to 5 highest) and, if you like, its score; never the report files. Keep the PDFs in your own folder.
