Admin only. The admin key is held by Raas and never shared with a candidate. Creating a sitting returns a link; send it to the person yourself (no email is sent from here).
Pick the two files produced by py item-bank/build_forms.py: item-bank/load/items.json then item-bank/load/forms.json. Items are sent in batches of 60; existing (item_code, version) pairs are skipped, so re-running is safe.
One person per line: Name, reference (reference optional). Same tenant, language and purpose as above. Links appear below — copy them into your emails.
Erase removes one person for good: their sittings, answers, scores and consents. The reason is kept, never the name.
Scores carry placeholder = true until a published norm table exists. Raw item responses are never shown here.
